Biography: Grew up with her mother, who did choose to raise her and not be a gaurdian. That has a large effect on her outlook on life. Her mother in an odd streak of loyality, or whatnot, did actually give her - and take - her father's last name despite the fact she never met him. Her mother always said that her father was dead, but if he had lived - despite how the world works - he would have wanted to claim her. Juliet is not sure she believes the woman or not.
